Summary

The
Pre-Mixer in this system has a mechanism developed by
our company. You can use the Pre Mixer efficiently in
mixing "powder and liquid," or "powder
and powder." The powder will be discharges from the
Chute of the "Smooth Auto Feeder," Then the
powder will drop to the inside of the Pre Mixer Casing
to the Upper Rotor's surface that is rotating at a high
speed and has an inverted cone shape. The dropped powder
will move outwards by centrifugal force. The Upper rotor
has many pins on its surface. The powder will have contact
with these pins and the inside wall of the Casing. Then
the powder will move in the opposite direction and change
the direction. Thus, the powder will move randomly and
will be mixed homogeneously with liquid or different Kinds
oe powder. The mixed material, "powder and powder"
or " powder and liquid ," will drop from the
edge of the Upper Rotor. In the same manner the mixed
material will be further mixed in the lower part, the
"Upper Rotor (Lower Rotor)" witch has a same
mechanism, in the case of "powder and liquid"
mixing, the liquid will come from the Liquid Inlet that
rotates at the upper part of the Rotor's shaft. The liquid
will move inside of the shaft to the upper part of the
Upper Rotor. Then, the liquid will move outwardly by centrifugal
force in a thin disk shape. Thus, the mixing of liquid
and powder, humidification, and solution would be performed
quite efficiently. Therefore, the feeding of liquid and
powder are completely separated, and there would be closing
or adhesion. Furthermore, there are two Rotors, the Upper
Rotor and the Under Rotor, the mixing will be performed
in two stages, so that the Pre Mixer can perform homogeneous
pre mixing.
