Summary

The "Rotary Mixer" in this system has a new concept. It was also developed by our company.
The material will be discharged from the Chute of the Pre Mixer. The material is a combination of "powder and powder" or "powder and liquid." The material drops to the center of the Rotary Table that rotates at a high speed and extends from the center to the inside wall of the Casing. The liquid comes up from a shaft at the center of the Rotary Table. The liquid extends in a thin disc shape all over the Rotary Table by centrifugal force. The material drops to the liquid and will have contact with the liquid. The material will be solved or humidified by the liquid, and will move outwardly same as in the Pre Mixer. The Rotary Table has many pins on its surface. The material will have contact with, these pins and the inside wall of the Casing. Then the material will move in the opposite direction and change the direction. Thus, the material will move randomly and will be further solved, humidified, or mixed, Finally, the material will be mixed completely and homogeneously. Then the material will be discharged from the Chute.
